ENVIRONMENT
Making copper more sustainable copper is a critical component of a cleaner and greener future. From electric cars free of fossil fuels to zero emissions wind turbines, the transition can’t happen without lots of copper.
We make it possible to produce copper in a more sustainable manner. Our technology processes tailings dumps, which are a hazard to the environment and unable to be processed via traditional extraction methods
Improved Resource Maximization
Anglo African Services reinvigorates depleting mines and converts waste streams into revenue. Our technology enables operators to make better use of existing resources and reduce the need to disturb untouched ground.
Significantly Lower Emissions
Hydrometallurgy requires less power and transportation than pyrometallurgy, meaning 40% less CO2, 70% less SOX and 70% less NOX associated emissions are generated.
Lower Water Usage
Leaching requires less than half the water that traditional pyrometallurgical approaches need to produce the same amount of copper. Decreasing ore grades at mines around the world means that these savings are likely to improve over time.

We recognise that local communities are at the heart of our operations’ livelihoods and are fundamental to our day to day work. We are committed to building strong relationships and proactively engaging in dialogue with local communities and institutions, as well as the government at a local, regional, and national level. Ultimately, we believe that the construction and operation of our processing plants can serve as a catalyst for further long-term regional development.
We aim to facilitate community development programs with a special focus on education and training. We are launching and financing additional sustainable income-generating projects which seek to build the momentum that will attract other investors and ultimately create local sustainable economic capital for the regions we work in.
